I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. It was expensive, but the health guarantees, quality breeders, and my puppy being able to get to us inside a puppy plane and be escorted every step were very valuable.

We are so in LOVE with our new princess! Royal Pet House was excellent to work with. From their app so I can track her delivery to always being there to answer every single question, I really appreciated and highly recommend this experience. Our pup is healthy and happy and couldn’t imagine our lives without her.

Royal Pet House delivers 110% great service! I have gotten two puppy shih Tzu from them in last 3 years. Both are beautiful and loving. Neither are scared of anything so they haven’t ever been mistreated in any way in my opinion. The service and follow up is absolutely top notch!! You will not be disappointed!!!
