What is the process and when can I expect to receive my puppy?

Congratulations on finding your perfect puppy. At Royal Pet House, we pride ourselves on making getting your puppy into your hands as smooth a transition as possible. So getting your puppy is as easy as one, two and three!

Step 1. Complete your order making sure that you have thoroughly checked out through our online puppy cart, or have completed your transaction over the phone with us.

Step 2. Check your email for immediate confirmation of purchase. Then after within 30 minutes or so you will receive an additional email with shipping details including airport address and pickup instructions.

Step 3. Be sure you are available on the day of delivery to pick up your puppy at the airport. If you have chosen local pickup, we ask that you pick up your puppy within few hours . Don’t worry- it’s easy, and we will give you all the instructions and directions you will need to pick up your puppy.

How do I know you are a legitimate company?

I ordered my puppy, now what?

Once you have ordered your puppy, you can email or call us to set up an appointment to pick him/her up. If your puppy is being shipped, we will email you detailed care, flight, and pickup instructions within 2 hours.

Will my puppy be vet checked and have vaccinations?

All puppies are vet checked and up to date with vaccinations and de-wormings. Upon purchase, you will receive vet documents that you can transfer to your vet.

How do I activate the microchip and registration of my new puppy?

If selected at checkout our Sit and Stay Microchip, Registration, and Training Program automatically activates your puppy’s microchip with your name and information. This membership is a lifetime membership and only has to be paid once at checkout. We’ve made it easy for you and have included lots of bonus features with this program including but not limited to training, lost puppy amber alert signup and much more.

Do you ship your puppies?

Yes , We ship our puppies safely through out the USA, and Sometimes to Canada. We partner with professional Animal Freight specialised Companies. Sometimes people complain the puppies are still small and young and if they will be safe but the delivery agents always ensure their safety and sometimes they even offer options to travel with your pet if it is needed.
